Born from a real problem
TrueAPS was built by someone who lived the pain of manual production scheduling firsthand. Week after week, planners were rebuilding schedules in Excel — chasing allergen conflicts, machine capacity, and worker certifications across dozens of tabs. There had to be a better way.
Why nutraceuticals?
Nutraceutical and specialty manufacturing is uniquely complex: strict allergen segregation, variable batch sizes, equipment-specific SOPs, and FDA-traceable audit trails. Off-the-shelf APS tools were built for discrete manufacturing — not for this. TrueAPS was designed from day one for this vertical.
